This Annexure forms part of the RoadGo Vehicle Rental Agreement and applies to all toll road use during the Rental Period.
The Renter is responsible for all tolls, toll notices, toll administration fees, fines, penalties and related charges incurred during the Rental Period or otherwise connected with the Renter’s use of the Vehicle.
The Renter authorises RoadGo to obtain toll information from toll operators, identify the Vehicle, nominate the Renter where permitted, pay tolls or toll notices, and recover those amounts from the Renter.
RoadGo may charge a toll administration fee of $5.50 per toll event in addition to the toll charge or any toll notice amount.
The Renter authorises RoadGo to charge the nominated payment card for toll charges and administration fees after the Vehicle is returned. The Renter acknowledges that toll information may be received after the Rental Period has ended.
If the Renter uses their own toll account or tag, the Renter remains responsible for ensuring it operates correctly. RoadGo may still recover tolls and fees where RoadGo receives a toll notice or charge.
